My name is Jessie, I am a wife, a mother and a lover of all people. I am truly passionate about my work and honestly believe I am living out my dream job. I have over 10 years experience in professional photography, specializing in birth and lifestyle for four years. My favorite sessions are just families doing life together, creating memories and bonding.  I have 6 years experience as a birth doula so I have a great knowledge of the birth space and how to honor that space remaining unobtrusive while I document your story. 

MY GOAL

My job as a labor doula is to ensure that you and your partner feel safe, confident and supported through all stages from pregnancy to childbirth. Doulas are never to replace a partner in birth but act as a choreographer in your birth dance. I believe that every laboring person deserves to have a team behind them, supporting and encouraging them through pregnancy, childbirth and beyond.

As your Birth Photographer my role is to document your birth story in a way that honors your journey. My style reflects an organic approach as I generally work with provided natural light. In those cases that I need to utilize a flash it will be respectful and as close to the birth environment as possible. My clients value my birth education as I know the processes and phases of birth in and out of the hospital system. 

ALL families are welcomed. I honor birth in the home, birthing center or within the hospital.
